*Gangnam plastic surgery clinic - Director Lee *No consultation fee, weekday consultation took about 2 hours, CT scan, photo shoot *CT and photo shoot - consultant - director - consultant *Nasal bridge + nasal tip + donated costal cartilage + bulbous nose + osteotomy + alar reduction - The consultant was kind, but the director's consultation was really lacking.. It wasn't much different from what the consultant told me. My nose is a bulbous nose, but only the bridge is a bit low, and the overall height of the nose itself is on the high side,, so I wanted to do it without an implant, but they said silicone was mandatory, and because my septal cartilage is small, donated costal cartilage was mandatory too, and osteotomy was also mandatory? The price was originally in the 6 million won range, but they said it would be in the 4 million won range as an event price.. Honestly, I went in thinking late 2 million to mid 3 million won, so I was taken aback. But afterward, I went to two other plastic surgery clinics, and there I was told donated costal cartilage was not mandatory, a no-implant procedure was completely possible, and osteotomy wasn't needed. The price was also much cheaper, so I'm not going to do it here!
