Double eyelid revision surgery - A review from someone whose incision surgery came undone

To give the conclusion first, I’m satisfied with the revision surgery. 4 years ago in Busan, I had epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction + incision double eyelid surgery, but it came undone in less than a year, and the epicanthoplasty scar was left visible enough to notice if you looked closely. Whenever I went for consultations, I always heard that I had sunken eyes, thick eye muscles, and good elasticity in my eyelid skin, so my eyes were difficult to make double eyelids on; for eyes like this, the answer is to set the line thin and make it an inner double eyelid, it can’t be high, and it has to be done by incision. But there was one clinic that recommended natural adhesion. Even though I had those worst-case conditions, I absolutely didn’t want inner double eyelids, and I wanted an in-out line or an out-line, and they reflected my requests as much as possible. If I had the revision by incision and it came undone again, I felt like I might not be able to get double eyelid surgery at all later, so I just had it done by natural adhesion in January this year, and so far there’s no sign of it coming undone. Even with eyes like mine, I don’t think incision is necessarily the only answer. The line isn’t an inner double eyelid either, it’s in-out, and personally I’m extremely satisfied. For reference, revision surgery was a hassle, so I just got it at a clinic in the area where I originally live. I went all the way to Busan before, but I don’t think getting it done in a big city is necessarily the only answer either
