Consultation Notes for Double Eyelids for a 2nd-Year Middle School Girl

My daughter is in her 2nd year of middle school... She really wanted to get her eyes done, so we went for consultations. Since she is still young, we said she wanted the buried suture method and a semi-out line.

Clinic: Top Tier Plastic Surgery (single-director clinic) Consultation fee: None. Buried suture ptosis correction 1.65 million + upper canthoplasty 550,000 = 2.2 million won (1.9 million if booking on the day of consultation). It feels a bit expensive to me. They said her eyes have a high chance of loosening if done with the buried suture method, so they would prefer an incisional method. They did not recommend posterior canthoplasty because there is no room for it, and even if done it would only leave scars. They said a semi-out line would require setting the line high, so there is a possibility of a sausage-like eyelid. The surgery is done under sleep anesthesia, then local anesthesia. Afterward, there is swelling laser care, and stitches are removed one week later~ ===>> Overall, the doctor seemed to have a very clear personal view... If that fits your own needs after the consultation, it seems okay.

Clinic: Pop Plastic Surgery, Director Kim Dong-geol. Consultation fee: None Natural adhesion 790,000 won (they said 12 holes, going back and forth three times) + upper canthoplasty 700,000 won = 1.49 million won. (They did not recommend posterior canthoplasty because there is no room) The basic height is 8 mm, but they may lower it after checking during surgery. They said a natural semi-out line could later become an in-line. They said they provide swelling laser treatment. ===>> The doctor was so busy that he looked quickly and left. Actually, I had been thinking I wanted to do it here, but since we could not even try setting the design, it was not easy to choose. Maybe we went when they were too busy.
