Side effects from liposuction after the effects of thread lifting done together with fat liposuction wore off...

Before entering university, between late January and early February 2015, I had facial fat grafting and liposuction, thread lifting, and nose surgery at ㄷㄹㅇ. I was really satisfied for about a year after the surgery. But I guess that was largely because of the thread lifting effect. As the thread lifting effect gradually disappeared, cheek hollowing that I originally had not had began to catch my eye. I think the hollowness had not been visible because the threads were pulling the lower-positioned tissues upward. From about 1 year and 6 months to 2 years afterward, even people meeting me for the first time kept telling me I should gain some weight. After graduating from university, I visited ㄷㄹㅇ again because I wanted to get fat grafting, and the way the consultation manager avoided responsibility was truly shocking. I was not arguing with them at all to make them take responsibility; I simply wanted to find a solution for what I should do to resolve the problem. The doctor who had been in charge of liposuction on my face at the time of surgery was no longer at ㄷㄹㅇ, so I had a consultation with the director who said he had taught that doctor. He spoke as if asking why I was bringing this up now after several years. I said I could not know about the hollowing until the thread lifting effect had completely disappeared, and that because I was busy with university life, I came after graduating. At first, he seemed like he was trying to avoid it, but he said he would do revision surgery for me again. However, the response was poor and I did not trust them, so I did not undergo revision surgery at that hospital, and only had them print out photos of my face taken before the surgery before I left. What I want to say is that if you receive lifting together with facial fat liposuction and grafting, the true result of the liposuction and grafting can only be confirmed after the lifting effect has completely ended, so please be cautious. Of course, if the lifting procedure helps the final result of the liposuction and grafting, then it should be done, but if the design is being completed through lifting rather than being completed with liposuction and grafting alone, the satisfying result after surgery may not be the final result.
