After <after surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> Before <before surgery> I had surgery like this: 4 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, hump removal, and nasal osteotomy! I had had Hiko filler 2-3 years ago, so I had that removed and then got the surgery.
Since I was going to get surgery anyway, I regretted getting it so much. Honestly, I wondered if getting my nose done would really make that much of a difference,, But acquaintances and my parents said that after getting my nose done, I look really different!
My nose bridge was low and my nose was spread out, so overall my face looked spread out(?) I think,, haha I didn’t want anything too excessive or flashy, so I asked the director for something natural but glamorous, that natural-glam look hehe
I had a slight hump too, so that was removed, and my nasal bones were overall on the blunt side, so I had an osteotomy; the osteotomy cost was added separately. I got under-eye fat repositioning done together with the surgery, and I think my overall impression looks much more lively!
