As a man in my 20s, I wanted my nose to look more attractive, so I researched surgery. Before surgery, my nose was generally low and quite wide, giving it the typical bulbous-nose appearance. While researching several clinics, I saw Dr. Kim Jin-seong’s before-and-after photos. The aesthetic and nasal line were very similar to what I wanted, so I decided to at least have a consultation. The consultation was thorough, and the doctor had clear standards and an established sense of proportion, which actually helped me decide on the direction I wanted. He also explained autologous costal cartilage in detail and examined the nasal line carefully without making it feel rushed or superficial, which I appreciated. I had heard this clinic was especially well known for revision surgery, and personally, I felt that a hospital skilled at revisions would also approach primary surgery more carefully, so I trusted it. It has now been over six months since surgery, and I have been doing well without any notable side effects. I run and do high-intensity workouts, but I am doing fine without discomfort. Overall, the result came out in the direction I wanted, so I am satisfied, and I am simply grateful to Dr. Kim Jin-seong for taking such careful care of me from consultation through postoperative follow-up.
