Two years ago I had fat extracted from my love handles with LAMS and also had fat grafting, but in the end I think surgery is more satisfying. I had 360-degree abdominal liposuction and hip fat grafting. My hips were so scant and my body had no defined lines that I was afraid of surgery, so I first tried LAMS, but eventually it seems I returned to surgery, haha. I am one month postoperative now, and the abdomen that absolutely would not go away after childbirth has really reduced a lot. Since one month after surgery I have also been gradually adjusting my diet, so can you see that the line is becoming prettier? Since the graft has not fully taken yet, I am being cautious with my diet, but after a little more time I plan to start exercising too! My dream is to complete a perfect body at least once before I die ☺️
