On my first visit, I first consulted with a coordinator rather than a doctor. I already knew this before going, but I visited because I was curious about how the consultation would be conducted. I went on a weekday morning, and there was no one waiting, but it seemed to take about five minutes. The coordinator was chatting with the other employees at the counter and then conducted my consultation. At other clinics, I had been told that I had no excess upper-eyelid skin, but here they said I did, which made me wonder. They kept pinching the upper-eyelid skin to confirm that there was extra skin, which was irritating. Anyway, I only went to check what they would say, so I am not very interested. Revision surgery is also much more expensive than at nearby clinics.
