I would never have surgery here... Did the director consult for five minutes??? They were consulting with my parents and me, but leaned the chair back and examined me while shaking their leg. So perfunctory... lol My mom laughed because she was dumbfounded. Also, all the managers in the lobby looked intimidating... Fortunately, the manager who consulted with me was kind. Anyway, this clinic only left me upset during the consultation. The director said to me rudely, “Is it because you seem to be thinking about a lot of things?” or something like that. I also remember them saying they use autologous costal cartilage as the material.
