A bulbous nose was what bothered me most. The tip was very blunt and wide, and from the side there was also a dorsal hump.. I had kept thinking I should get nose surgery, and this clinic was famous for bulbous-nose correction. The surgeon’s preferred nasal line also seemed to match my aesthetic, so I had a consultation and underwent surgery. Since my nasal bridge wasn’t completely flat, I proceeded without an implant, and the surgeon was good at tailoring things to the direction I wanted. During the consultation, the surgeon really felt like a nose expert..? The consultation was thorough and professional. This clinic does not charge a consultation fee with the chief surgeon, and I felt that during the consultation they were truly focused on my nose, which seems to be why I chose surgery there. After surgery, the way the tip descended looked different from before. Previously, from the front, my nose looked wide and bulky, but not anymore. I heard bulbous-nose correction is difficult to resolve in one operation, but there seems to be a reason this place is famous for it. The hump that bothered me from the side was gone, and as the overall nasal line became smooth, my impression looked cleaner and more balanced. I wanted a procedure without an implant, so I hadn’t imagined an extremely high, glamorous nose, but I still wanted some natural elegance, which is why I ultimately chose this clinic. I think the current level is just right. If you want a natural-looking line without an implant, I recommend this place.
