The surgery itself was not bad, but the hospital was not friendly The aftercare afterward was very disappointing. You have to pay to have them check your progress, and lol. At least the coordinator was kind and explained things well, but after surgery it was impossible to talk to the coordinator. Even during the surgeon consultation, when I asked something I was answered in an irritated tone, so I was afraid to ask questions I think they ignored me because I was young (in my early 20s). The counter staff were especially, especially unfriendly—the employee who was somewhat tall and seemed to have had eye and nose surgery? After surgery I wanted to ask the coordinator something, but they said it was not possible now and that if I wanted to ask, I had to wait seven hours, asking whether I had not told them I was coming to see the coordinator today. I was so dumbfounded that I do not think I ever want to do anything here again. The surgery seems to have turned out okay, but the unfriendly service made me feel bad throughout, and it remained unpleasant to the end. If you are looking for a place that can provide proper aftercare or care if something goes wrong afterward, I absolutely do not recommend it.
