I went for a consultation and saw several people at the clinic. The coordinator came to guide me at the beginning and was very kind. She asked what area I was concerned about, suggested improvements and designed the line, and kept asking whether I had any questions, so I felt very comfortable. Dr. A was clear and decisive, saying what was fine, what would look strange, and what could not be helped. I also felt good because during the consultation he seemed willing to redraw the line and provide care again if I had surgery again later. I did not have surgery at this clinic, but I think there is a reason it is famous.
