I am writing this for the public good... I had a non-implant septoplasty in 2020, but my nose drooped after just one month. I have simply been living with it, but I am looking into revision surgery because I want a pretty nose while I am young, so I am active in this community... Why didn't they use ear cartilage, sigh I only found out while getting revision consultations that my nose was originally so small that my septum was too small, so they should have added ear cartilage... Of course, 2020 was before autologous costal cartilage became popular, and I understand why they did not recommend it for a first surgery. I chose them because there was no sign of salesmanship during the consultation and they seemed honest, but I don't know about others, but I am dissatisfied. I paid quite a lot, but the result is such a shame.
