The fat on my upper arms was bad enough, but the accessory breast tissue also bulged out, so I really hated how it looked whenever I wore clothes. Especially when my arms were down, the area folded and made me look even thicker, so I eventually had liposuction on both my arms and the accessory breast tissue. For a few days my arms felt stiff and were swollen, so the change was not immediately noticeable, but from about a week later I could gradually see a difference. If I had done only my arms, the side area probably would have stayed the same, but with the accessory breast tissue as well...
