All the doctors were very nice, but the staff's unfriendliness was the worst in this area. When I tried to ask a question, they became defensive before I could even start speaking. However, the doctors explained things calmly and thoroughly, including the effects of the procedure I wanted. The prices were similar to nearby dermatology clinics. The facilities were about the same as the dermatology clinics along the main road from Gangnam Station. However, I no longer go there because of the staff's unfriendliness. I think the staff member I heard only by voice and never actually saw is the reason many people do not go there.
