It has been about a week since my breast surgery, so I’m leaving a review. I was originally slim and had very little fat around my breasts, so my ribs and bony contours were quite visible. I was worried that implants alone might look too obvious or unnatural, so after consultation I had hybrid surgery with implants and fat grafting together. I had Mentor Extra Smooth implants, 290 cc on the right and 270 cc on the left. Since my breasts were originally different sizes, I chose different volumes. I also had fat grafting to the upper breast and surrounding areas, and perhaps because of that, the implant edges are less noticeable than I expected and the overall contour looks smooth, so I’m satisfied. Since it has only been a week, there is still swelling, and my breasts feel firm and seem to sit a little high, but I like the volume and overall size under clothing. I’m looking forward to the swelling going down and the texture and shape becoming more natural over time.
