<This was around day 10><One month!> I had hump nose osteotomy and a small amount of silicone placed in the glabella area, but when the splint came off, the hump was still there and the glabella looked like Avatar. They said the major swelling would all go down by 3 weeks, but maybe because I originally had a noticeable T-zone, the silicone felt even more prominent..? My nose was already on the high side, so after surgery I thought it had failed. During weeks 1-2 after surgery, I could still think, "It's early, so even if there's plenty of swelling, it must be swelling~" but when it was almost a month and still looked unnatural, I was honestly devastated. But definitely after the one-month mark, the swelling started going down noticeably day by day. It hasn't all gone down yet, but I realized, ah, this really was swelling. I'm sure there are many people whose swelling lasts longer than mine too ㅠㅠ Don't worry too much and try waiting just a little longer. Now it looks completely natural, so if I don't say anything, people don't even really know I had surgery. I'm completely satisfied.
