1. Surgery details I only had liposuction on my arms. There are water stains in the photo, but I took it from far away in the bathroom, and I cropped out my body + face area, so it was enlarged a lot! I know it looks messy, but I uploaded it because I thought others would be able to look at it and judge clearly, so I would appreciate your understanding. haha
2. Recovery process by stage After having surgery on the weekend, I returned to daily life right away. The compression garment was uncomfortable, but there wasn’t anything that made activity very difficult, and I remember the bruising and swelling lasted until about one month. I had surgery in May to prepare for summer when I’d wear short sleeves, and the bruising went down enough that I could even wear sleeveless tops lol. But since the surgical incision areas were noticeable, people did ask about them once eachㅠ I had incisions on the side of my armpit and at the elbow, and since those areas are slower to recover and prone to scarring, sensitive people should take note. Personally, my arms themselves were such a source of stress that I focused on the surgery and didn’t really care much..!
3. Satisfaction with surgery Personally, I’m not sure my arm measurements decreased dramatically, but in photos there is definitely a difference, so I’m fairly satisfied! Also, I consistently dieted even after surgery, so I personally recommend that people getting liposuction also diet alongside it. After dieting, I wondered, does it come off more for sure? Though I did feel the psychological factor was strong lol. And the best thing I want to pick is that the doctor did not recommend other surgeries. From my point of view, this seemed like the kind of situation where they might recommend something.. but they didn’t lol. Since it’s surgery, I got the impression they focused more on safety than cosmetic aspects. As a side effect, there is some unevenness of the skin.. There is.. I think this is fibrosis, and I’m thinking it’s something that inevitably comes with liposuction. Mine isn’t noticeably uneven, so I’m not sure what others will think.
4. Other Also, compared with other large plastic surgery clinics, I felt the proportion of care handled by the consultants was smaller. I had agreed to write a review at the event price, but even after 7 months the consultant hasn’t told me to upload a review, so I’m just waiting lol. At this point, I wonder if it’s because the effect isn’t enough to write a review ㅜ Just in case, I’ll upload before-and-after surgery photos, so please look and use them for reference!
