I’m looking into revision surgery because of uneven eyes that got worse after my first surgery and because my ptosis correction came undone..!

The doctor seemed a bit indifferent, but explained everything properly. He did not recommend fat grafting. When I said I was concerned about hollowness under the eyes, he said it would be better to do grafting after repositioning, and recommended trying filler first.
2) ㄴㄴ Revision eye surgery, revision ptosis correction, right medial epicanthoplasty (revision), full-face fat grafting (above and below the eyes) Low 4 million KRW range They said I would probably need fat grafting because of hollowness above the eyes. When I said I was worried it might become uneven, they said it would be okay if done thinly. The doctor explained everything in detail.
For fat grafting above the eyes, opinions really differed by clinic. Some said that if fat is put in and something goes wrong, it cannot be removed, so don’t put it in and just add a little later.
Others said fat needs to be added to prevent the ptosis correction from coming undone again because the upper eyes are hollow, so I’m torn ㅜㅜ
