A while ago I had eye surgery, and a few days ago I had fat grafting done.
Since it was sleep anesthesia, I was a bit worried, and from reviews and what people said, many said walking would hurt a lot for a while, like having bruises, so I was scared. But after the sleep anesthesia, I fell asleep about 5 minutes later, and I briefly heard the director's voice too. In my case, I had no trouble walking and it did not hurt at all.
At the place where I had surgery, after sleep anesthesia they did local anesthesia and also did pain-free anesthesia, and the pain was not severe. Even now that the anesthesia has worn off, I feel like I have almost no pain, enough that I do not need to take medicine.
My face was swollen like a steamed bun, with that shiny skin you get after skin treatments or dental treatment, and my thighs were only a bit uncomfortable when going to the bathroom. It felt about as stuffy as wearing tight leggings, but this varies from person to person.
(The woman who had surgery right before me seemed to be having such a hard time that she went straight to sleep.)
I had eye surgery and then fat grafting just a few days apart, but before surgery I think light walks, lower-body exercise, diet control, and wearing compression stockings or leggings whenever I could helped a lot.
Aside from bruising and swelling, it did not hurt much, and rather, after removing unnecessary fat, walking felt lighter and more comfortable.
The plastic surgery clinic also said that after fat grafting surgery, it is good to wear compression stockings for 2 weeks and to sleep straight.
And one thing to be careful about is that after fat grafting, you wear leggings or compression stockings, and anti-inflammatory painkillers and inflammation medication can be strong and make digestion difficult, so for the time being it is better to avoid irritating foods or foods that are too high in calories.
It has only been a few days since surgery, so I do not know yet whether I will be satisfied, but my wrinkles and sunken forehead have improved, and my skin glows as if collagen was added, so I think that is nice.
I will post a more detailed review after the stitches are removed and the swelling goes down.
