This November, I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery with Director Lee Ho-jun at Objet Plastic Surgery.
Unlike others, I don’t have a lot of fat, but I had severe tear troughs, so even after putting on makeup, my dark circles looked severe because of the tear troughs, which is why I decided to have surgery.
The director and consultant kindly explained everything during the consultation, and even after surgery, the only pain I had was a stiff feeling when I laughed, so I was able to go about daily life. For the swelling, including the minor residual swelling, it seemed like it took about two weeks for everything to go down, and the bruising and major swelling all disappeared after one week.
Before, my dark circles showed even when I wore makeup, but after two weeks, I put on light makeup and was happy that the dark circles didn’t show. Now, even without makeup, the tear troughs are gone, so my dark circles have improved too, and I’m satisfied.
