This is a nose revision surgery consultation review, a fresh one from visits I went to this week. First of all, I went to both through referrals because I had acquaintances around me who had surgery there.
1. ㄹㅅㅍ Director ㄱㅈㅅ He said he would use silicone, costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Seeing how he improves things like nostril or columella asymmetry, it seemed like he pays a lot of attention to symmetry. Not only cosmetic aspects, but while looking at the CT, he also explained the functional issues with my nose and gave a very detailed consultation. He seemed professional, so I felt I could trust him. He emphasized nasolabial angle/philtrum/nose surgery using columellar extension so that the philtrum and mouth would look set back and shorter! The consultant was not great. She kept negotiating over the cost, saying there would absolutely be no discount unless I booked the same day ㅋㅋ.. She pressured me to pay a deposit, so I put down a deposit and left.. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The director's consultation was really good. Even after the discount, the cost was still shocking.
2. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ Director ㅇㅈㅎ He said he would use silicone and costal cartilage, and that because my nostrils are wide and round, he would improve the part where my nose looks broad from the front. He said he would operate so that the drooping columella area would not make my nose look long. He speaks a bit fast and has a style of stating just the facts clearly. I asked whether he also does nasolabial angle/philtrum/nose surgery, and he said there are limits to correcting the nasolabial angle by raising the nose, and since my mouth does not protrude enough for me to need to consider that, I do not have to worry about it. The consultant did not pressure me for a deposit and was kind. The cost was also reasonable.

If anyone has experience with nose revision surgery at ㄹㅅㅍ or ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, please share some information ㅠㅠ I have a second consultation booked for No. 1 next week, but the cost difference with No. 2 is almost 3 million won.... so I am thinking about it. Both shapes are pretty, and I want a slightly glamorous look with a round, defined nasal tip.
