Hello I finally had my nose implant removed today and came back home. Um... to put it briefly, I had everything removed, so I feel relieved. But the worries that come with it are no small thing either ㅜㅜ Seriously, please don’t get rhinoplastyㅠㅜ
First, through a CT scan, I found out that what was inside my nose was an L-shaped silicone implant, and I was shocked (I had been living all this time thinking it was just a straight one ㅜㅜ). After that, when I consulted with the director, I became even more worried about possible side effects that could occur when removing an L-shaped silicone implant hahaha... Still, what could I do? It absolutely had to be removed, so I listened to everything the doctor said and had the surgery. They expected it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes? but mine took 1 hour, and the doctor said the surgery went well. They said they were surprised because the capsule was thicker than expected, and ha... I really felt it was a good thing I removed it quickly.
Anyway, while I’m relieved after having it removed, I’m most worried about nasal tip upturning and contracture ㅜㅜ If I diligently take my anti-contracture medication without missing doses, could contracture possibly not happen? Also, if there’s anything that may help prevent contracture, please recommend it!
