There’s almost no need for many words ㅋㅋ Even in the photos, you can see the hooked nose, the drooping nasal tip... the arrow nose that points downward whenever I smile, and so on... The problems with my nose were definitely clear, but whether I should have surgery... and if I did, where I should do it, weren’t clear, so I just kept letting time pass... then finally, I eventually chose a clinic... and after consulting with the director for a really long time... I lay down on the operating table, and now I’m spending week 3 like this, having returned alive ㅋㅌ
For the surgery, I had the hooked nose, arrow nose, bulbous nose, and osteotomy done! And I did the nasal bridge and nasal tip like this! The cartilage was autologous costal cartilage~
Seriously, after having surgery this time, I came to respect people who have already had nose surgery ㅋ I think the first week was the hardest? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ My mouth got dry... and the stuffy feeling because of the cotton packing too...;; On top of that, I was flustered because the swelling rose much more on day 3 than on the day of surgery, but then on day 4, it felt like it was going down in the opposite direction, so daily life wasn’t too difficult.
And after removing the inner nasal sheets, splint, and outer stitches... my nose felt opened up, and the discomfort from nasal congestion disappeared completely, so that was nice ㅠ
The autologous costal cartilage surgical site still feels stiff when I lie down, but after taking off the abdominal binder and getting into daily life, it has become much more comfortable ㅎ
At week 3, before, it hurt even if I touched it just slightly, so I washed my face very carefully, but now I’m comfortable enough to wash my face normally~ The doctor said the hooked nose can come back, so I’m managing it by diligently massaging the nasal bridge ㅎ The director said that as long as I carefully follow only what he told me to do for care, there shouldn’t be major problems... so I’m just going to trust the director~~~ ㅋ
