Natural-adhesion revision + revision ptosis correction + dual canthoplasty revision: 1 week post-op

After my first surgery, I kept worrying because I wasn’t happy with the eye line or overall look. I also wanted my eyes to look more defined and wanted to redo the lateral and lower canthoplasty, so I had revision surgery. After looking into several places, I consulted at Dress Plastic Surgery. They did not unnecessarily recommend other procedures and explained mainly what was needed, which was reassuring. I also liked that the director specializes in eyes and that the line looked trendy. During the consultation, I explained the look I wanted, and based on my eye condition I underwent natural-adhesion double-eyelid revision, non-incisional ptosis-correction revision, and lateral/lower canthoplasty revision. The surgery itself was better than expected and not particularly uncomfortable. It has only been one week, so some swelling and bruising remain, but compared with the preoperative photos, my eye shape has clearly changed, which is fascinating. The line has not fully settled yet, so it is slightly awkward in places, but so far it seems to have turned out naturally. I’m very curious how it will settle once the swelling from the ptosis correction and lateral/lower canthoplasty goes down... Since it has only been a week, I need to wait longer for the final line, but I’m satisfied so far and expect it to look much more natural after about a month. Perhaps because it is an eye-specialist hospital, there were quite a few people coming for revision consultations and many people coming for procedures, so there was a bit of a wait.
