I had orthodontic treatment at 20 and had four teeth extracted. I am very satisfied that my mouth moved back, but when I look at friends my age, their nasolabial folds are not that deep, while mine are already quite deep. So I did extensive research and narrowed it down to three places for consultations. 1. [Clinic A] (Doctor A): The consultant was not professional and pushed me too much to make a reservation. The director seemed to give everyone the same consultation without considering what they wanted. The price was the cheapest, but they asked me to write almost ten reviews. 2. [Clinic B]: I had seen it on YouTube and liked the video reviews from other people, so I went there. I also liked that the director was a woman. The consultant recommended lighter procedures such as thread lifting or fillers instead of a facelift, but I said I wanted a noticeable change and requested a facelift. After passing that on to the director, she said I would consult with the director. The director proceeded quickly and recommended a mini facelift, an Indian band, forehead treatment, and fat grafting for the nasolabial folds. They do not pressure you to write reviews, but it is expensive, and there is a price that applies only when you book on the same day. 3. [Clinic C] (Doctor B): I did not have particularly high expectations, but I went because it is large and specializes in facelifts. The consultant here also did not recommend a facelift, but because I wanted one, she explained the reviews and details so thoroughly that it felt like I was actually consulting with the director. The consultant was professional and very kind. Then I met the director, who was extremely blunt and firm. I felt like I was being scolded.. She said it is natural for nasolabial folds to appear when smiling and asked whether I planned to have another facelift when I got older after having one at my current age. In her view, my nasolabial folds were fine. She suggested trying a lifting laser first and adding a little filler to the folds, then considering thread lifting later. So if I eventually get thread lifting, I will definitely go to [Clinic C]. Oh, and I saw someone who had a vertical mini facelift at [Clinic A] but got no results and then had another facelift here.
