The concerns I had were resolved during the consultation, so I went ahead with the lifting treatment. On the day, since the midface and jawline were treated intensively, there was a numb, tingling sensation and my face felt slightly sore. The jawline in particular felt a little throbbing when pressed. Until that evening, my face felt strangely dry and tight, but after consistently using masks and applying plenty of regenerative cream, it improved quickly.
I understood why people combine a skin booster with lifting lol. The next day, there was barely any visible swelling or bruising, but washing my face or touching it felt slightly different from usual. Still, the discomfort gradually decreased over the next few days, and after about a week it no longer bothered me much.
I’m now at week two, and the soreness and sensitivity I felt during the first few days have almost disappeared. I had it done because of sagging in the midface and lower face, so I’m waiting for the contours to become neatly defined. They say results may appear as early as week three, so I’ll wait a little longer.
