Recovery: I had virtually no pain and could walk around from day 2. I took painkillers whenever it felt like the pain might increase. But the pain wasn’t the problem—the taping became insanely itchy from the night of day 2, so itchy that I couldn’t sleep. The tape is usually removed on day 3, but the clinic happened to be closed, so I endured one extra day, sobbing. I ended up urgently cutting away at least the tape around my armpits with scissors. The liposuction areas only felt a little tight and barely hurt. Bruising was the problem.
Shape: It still feels somewhat square and angular, but overall it looks as though it will become a pretty UIU shape once it settles. I wondered whether the size was too large, but I think I would have regretted going mini. The surgeon said Demi was right unless I wanted a slender look like Jennie or IU, and he was right lol. The surgeon’s aesthetic judgment is great.
The implants are still completely hard and tight, which is my biggest concern. They say it takes a year, but there are so many reviews saying the texture remains noticeable even after a year that I’m worried. The clinic itself is clean and well-equipped. The wait is long, perhaps because the surgeon is skilled. I mainly researched online and watched lots of YouTube videos before choosing this clinic, so I don’t have any major regrets, but I think I’ll need to wait longer to know the final result.
