Hello! I finally took off the itchy compression vest and am writing my one-week breast surgery review. As someone who has had breast surgery, I can say this is no ordinary thing. It was painless, but wearing the vest and upper band for a week, being careful when washing, and realizing for the first time how often daily life uses the chest muscles were all challenging, lol. Still, my satisfaction is definitely number one. It has only been a week, but the moment I take off the vest, the presence is extraordinary. I usually like a boxy look, so I worried until the day of surgery that the size might be too large. Even during the design consultation, I said I disliked looking broad and was deliberating whether to reduce the size. The surgeon said he understood my feelings and kindly explained that, considering my body shape and balance, this size would look the prettiest, which moved me a little, haha. Now the surgery has turned out beautifully, with the volume I wanted but without being excessive. Trusting the surgeon and not reducing the size was the best decision. The swelling has also gone down a lot, and without the vest and upper band, my clothes seem to fit even better. (My breasts are close together, so the surgeon told me to wear a cleavage bra, but I took it off briefly for the photos, haha.) I looked through many reviews from people with similar measurements who had a similar Mentex size inserted, and the feeling during implant fitting at the consultation seemed most similar to the result after surgery, more than the photos did. Only now do I understand why people say consultation is important, lol. I strongly recommend visiting several clinics for consultations and choosing one where you can try fitting various implant types and sizes and receive a thorough body-shape analysis. For reference, I am leaving my preoperative photos and measurements. I am 166 cm and 50 kg, with a lower-breast circumference of 77 cm and a breast base width of 12 cm. Breast-base measurements vary by surgeon, so please use this only as a reference.
