First, I organized my questions a bit and brought them again
1. ㅇㅂㅈ-ㅈㅇ They suggested non-incisional in-out double eyelids, and the doctor was kind. I asked whether eye shape correction could be adjusted because the strength with which each eye opens is different, and they said it could be adjusted. They also explained under-eye fat in detail. But they said my under-eye skin is too thin, so the effect probably would not be that dramatic. That made sense. Maybe because this place is famous for under-eye fat repositioning, I thought I would want to do under-eye fat repositioning here. Also, because I had scheduled my appointment times pretty tightly, I said I was in a hurry and told them, "I have to leave at this time," and the consultant came running over, so I felt a bit sorry but also thought they were kind. (However, I waited 30-40 minutes from my appointment time, so if you go, schedule with enough time between appointments.) AS 1 year, sedation + local anesthesia, non-incisional eye shape correction -> event price applied 660,000 won, under-eye fat repositioning 1.1 million won, under-eye fat grafting 1.1 million won
2. ㄴㅅㅎ -ㄱㄷㅎ Natural adhesion in-out. The director here was so chic/blunt that I felt a little embarrassed. They said that is just his personality, but apart from skill, I got the feeling that if some side effect occurred, I would be watching his mood while getting AS. I went to more than 6 hospitals, and more than 4-5 of them recommended incisional surgery, while I had said I preferred non-incisional, but here they recommended non-incisional over incisional. And when I asked whether it could be adjusted because the strength with which my eyes open is different, they said that when I put strength into my eyes, only one side gets bigger. Among reviews 1, 2, and 3 of my clinic-shopping, only this place said it like that, so my trust dropped a little. For under-eye fat, they said I could choose repositioning or filler. The consultant gave a slight feeling of emphasizing the same-day deposit. It was not coercive. AS 3 years, sedation + local anesthesia, 1.65 million -> 1.09 million won (same-day decision), under-eye fat repositioning 1.32 million -> 1.1 million won (same-day decision). Same-day decision means putting down the reservation deposit right there before leaving. I know skill and personality are separate things, but after having had cosmetic surgery here and there, I know there is no cosmetic surgery without side effects. I felt that if those side effects occurred, the doctor would create an atmosphere where it would be hard to request things, so I decided to pass.
3. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ-ㄱㅂㅇ The director was so, so sweet. Incisional eye shape correction; because I have overlapping creases, I think they said they would place fat above the eyes. I forgot the term. They recommended a thin in-out or in-out line. Other places all said posterior canthoplasty was unnecessary, but here they said I could do it if I wanted, and that I could see a decent effect from posterior canthoplasty (slightly protruding eyeballs, space). They also said they would adjust the eye shape correction to some degree. The consultant said I could bring celebrity photos on the surgery day. AS 1 year, sedation + local anesthesia, stitch removal on day 7 (canthoplasty separate), incisional eye shape correction + fat: 1.8 million won, posterior + lower canthoplasty 1.5 million -> 1 million won if done together
4. ㅂㄹㅂ (only this one is in Daejeon) Incisional thin in-out, eye shape correction adjusted on both sides, AS 2 years, scar laser one month later, sedation + local anesthesia, 1.76 million won including VAT. The personality was chic/blunt, but there was kindness too.
In conclusion, I think I will do it at either number 3 or 4. If I do not do canthoplasty, I want to go with number 4, but I am still thinking about it. I have not seen many bad reviews for either, so if anyone had it done and it went badly, please leave a comment. For under-eye fat, if I do it, I am debating whether to do number 2 or replace it with filler, vascular laser, or laser toning, partly because of cost and because I do not have that much under-eye fat.
I am debating whether to just do it in Daejeon or go all the way to Seoul. Which do you think would be better.. I want to go with number 3, but going to Seoul is such a hassle, so I am torn.... People say Seoul is better for everything, but number 4 is also a very famous hospital in my area.
