Before/after after after First of all, from day one, I took all the prescribed medication consistently without missing any! (I was scared of possible side effects, so I listened carefully to what the staff told me.)
They explained that I should wear the upper band from day one until 1 month, and people around me who had experienced it before also said I absolutely had to wear the upper band. (They said it was because implants initially tend to move upward, so the band helps hold them down..) So even in this hot weather, even when I got heat rash, I never took it off. Until week 2, I wore it loosely tightened, but someone with experience saw it and said they were still sitting quite high, and told me to tighten it firmly as long as it was not uncomfortable, so from week 3 I wore it tightly. Amazingly, right at the 1-month mark, they had come down a lot, and from that day I was freed from the upper band!!!!! It really felt so refreshing!!
As for the feel, on the first day they felt unnatural and hard, as if someone else's breasts had been attached to me, but now they have softened a lot and feel more and more like my own real breasts!! I heard it takes about 6 months to 1 year for them to become completely soft and feel like truly my own breasts. (Time is the medicine.. I think I need to wait patiently..)
There is no pain at all, just an occasional tingling sensation, and I think I heard that this feeling lasts for almost a year! It is not extremely painful, and it is tolerable, so it is okay!
The director said I can wear hook-closure underwear from 3 months onward, and for now I am still wearing a bra net (screw-type cups). Since cleavage has not formed yet, it still has not fully sunk in, but still!! When I think about how there used to be no difference between front and back, I am very, very satisfied now!!
After the surgery, the way clothes fit changed a lot, so I am genuinely satisfied, to the point that I wonder why I only did it now!! When going out, I think my clothing style has changed from before, and I now prefer low-cut tops or V-necks.
For those considering breast augmentation surgery, I hope you stop worrying now and definitely do it!! After the surgery, you really will not regret it. You may actually regret having spent time wondering whether to do it or not. That is how high I think the satisfaction level really is.
