Incisional double eyelid / upper epicanthoplasty / lower canthoplasty / posterior canthoplasty / facial fat grafting

After I had monolids and small eyes, which was always stressful for me, but this time I was able to take about a month off, so I made up my mind and got surgery. Since I live outside Seoul, I couldn't go around visiting clinics in person, but I got information online and ended up having surgery at Girin Plastic Surgery. They said I had a lot of eyelid fat and my eye bone structure was not large, so making the line big and doing posterior canthoplasty/lower canthoplasty would likely be difficult, but they said they would do as much as possible, so I chose this hospital. The nurse and the director were both kind, but the waiting time for surgery was too long. My surgery was at 2:30, so I had been there since 1:30, but the previous surgery ended late, so I actually went into surgery after 3:30. When I lay down in the operating room, the director carefully checked the line several times. That made me think that must be why the surgery took so long. This time I also had fat grafting to the face (forehead, front cheeks, nasolabial folds), and it had originally been checked as taking fat once and receiving the procedure twice, which is why I did it as a full-face procedure. But only after all the surgery was done, they said the amount of fat was low and that next time they would have to harvest it again. I had never heard that, so when I asked when they said that, they said they woke me up during surgery and told me. If you wake someone up during surgery and say something, I feel like they would even hand over the deed to their house; how does that make any sense... Sigh... Because of the fat grafting, my thighs are all bruised now and even walking is uncomfortable, so are they saying I have to do this again in 2 months...? It has been about a day since surgery today, and because I had an incision plus posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, the swelling is quite severe. What makes me a bit anxious is that two lines formed on my left eye, and I’m hoping it won’t become a problem later. I’ll come back with a more definite review after some time passes.
