ㅋㅇ Plastic Surgery, Director ㄱㅎㅌ, and ㄹㅅㅌ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅊㅈㅎ. Both were private clinics, and rather than feeling like the directors had very strong opinions about the nose shape, it felt like they had a certain framework but were willing to adjust a lot within that. I wanted the nasal tip to come down dramatically, but I didn't like a pointy shape, and it also seemed like they had a rounded style.. At ㄹㅅㅌ, they said that considering the prognosis, it would be better to use autologous costal cartilage, but at ㅋㅇ, they said donated costal cartilage would also be okay. Oh, and the vibe of the consultants was completely opposite, and although I'll only know after looking around at more places, I'm wondering whether this is also something I should consider important when deciding on a clinicㅜㅜㅜ Did everyone else also consider the consultant's vibe important? It wasn't like they were extremely unfriendly, but at ㅋㅇ, I felt like communication between the director and the consultant was slightly lacking..
