Anyone could tell I had a real aquiline nose—it was the textbook example. But after getting rhinoplasty at [Clinic A] this time, I cannot even remember whether I used to have a hump lol First, they used autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage, and also performed osteotomy. At first the shape was hard to see because of swelling, but once it went down, the aquiline hump that had stuck out was smoothed out, and the impression of width from the front was greatly reduced... The side profile is much cleaner too, so I am extremely satisfied whenever I take photos.... I was very worried because it was my first surgery, but I truly think I made the right choice having rhinoplasty......
