I had a consultation and surgery on the same day. I wanted a natural-looking line, so we set it low, and I also had ptosis correction. They recommended medial canthoplasty, but my eyes are naturally large, so I didn’t have it done because I was worried I might look fierce. I asked whether the line could be made lower than the one the doctor designed, but they said no because it might loosen. It was convenient because I didn’t need to have the stitches removed, and the swelling went down quickly. It turned out natural and well done, but perhaps because it is too natural, now that a year has passed, I feel like the right side is starting to loosen a little. Still, I’m satisfied overall.
