I went for a consultation for my first double-eyelid surgery 5 years ago. I was flustered because they recommended things different from other clinics. The clinic was not very large, and the extremely long wait was exhausting. Although I felt they were scolding me too critically for coming because I was deliberating, I thought perhaps they spoke that way because they were confident. I still regret that I probably would have trusted them and proceeded with surgery if the consultation had been gentler. Judging from the many young people who had just finished the college entrance exam in the waiting room, it seems many visit for their first surgery.
