Before/after Finally one month in, my upper arms have shrunk so much it gives me chills.. I think this is the best procedure I've ever had. When I shop online, short sleeves would fit too tightly.. It was so stressful that I lived without even trying sleeveless tops ㅠㅠ But after doing this, the short-sleeved shirt that used to be tight!!!! My upper arms used to fit so tightly that I would stretch it with my hands, but now I don't need to do that, which gave me chills. It's really amazing ㅜ Combining aftercare + diet + exercise seems to make the effect even better. Seeing my review, I hope everyone can do it without hesitation! And the surprising thing is, the clothes in those photos are the same..
