Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>To be precise, I raised the corners of my mouth, got a philtrum dimple, and also had lateral philtrum reduction.. lolololololol
At first, I was looking into getting filler, but my mouth corners caught my eye, so I was planning to just get lip filler and mouth corner surgery.. but one or two things ended up getting added.. About half a year after dissolving my filler, my lips felt really empty.. And as you can see in the pre-op photo, I think some asymmetry may have developed tooㅠㅠ
After doing the lateral procedure, the curled-in part of the lip on the outer side from the center of the lips became unfolded, so I felt like I wouldn't need filler. So I went ahead and did it.. lololololol The scars are still in progress, but makeup is doable! They don't stand out that much, so I don't think they are hard to cover with makeup either.
For the dimple, I do wish it had been made a bit deeper, but it seems results vary by person. I saw a review where they pinched it too strongly and it pulled too much and felt uncomfortable, so they had it loosened, so now I think this natural-looking level is fine too^^ If anyone here is currently 고민ing about mouth corners, I strongly, strongly recommend doing the lateral procedure together!!
