My needs and ideal were a refined, almost straight nose. My nose was somewhat long, slightly bulbous, and noticeably crooked, which really bothered me. Even after surgery, something felt disappointing and it was not at all the look I wanted.. haha.
The areas that needed correction seem to have all been corrected, and the biggest advantage is that after revision I do not feel there is anything lacking. From the consultation, [Doctor A] clearly explained what was and was not possible, which helped me make my decision. The doctor’s focus on facial harmony and refined aesthetics seemed to suit me well, haha.
Additionally, no implant was used; the bridge was also augmented up to the mid-dorsum using autologous costal cartilage without an implant..! What I like most is that my image changed subtly and became more sophisticated.
