I am a man who naturally has inner double eyelids, but my eyes look a little stuffy, so I am considering eyelid surgery. Rather than prominent double eyelids, I want them to be almost invisible from the front, with only the ends showing slightly. Is it possible to create the line while preserving my existing inner double eyelids? I would like to hear from anyone in a similar situation who had buried or incisional surgery and how much change there was. I am also wondering whether making them too subtle might leave little difference from before surgery. I would appreciate it if you could also tell me the method and how long the swelling took to subside.
