It was not a hospital specializing in double-eyelid surgery, but my mom’s acquaintance recommended it, so I had it done there seven years ago. I think it was about 300,000–400,000 won cheaper there; the price I wrote is the average. I was young at the time, and my mom said to skip ptosis correction, so I only had an incisional procedure. Because my eyes kept losing the fold, I had two more non-incisional procedures. I’m not sure it was the doctor’s fault; they were reasonably kind, and very fast—the surgery took less than 50 minutes, I think. There are no scars, and if you just want an affordable, ordinary in-out fold, it seems fine. I think it is somewhat cheaper than other places.
