Daegu [Clinic A] double-eyelid surgery

Among the places I had consulted so far, this was the first where I consulted the doctor before the coordinator. There is one doctor, and they said the doctor is in their 40s. During the consultation, the doctor seemed to have personal standards regarding facial proportions. For example, I personally thought I needed lateral canthoplasty more than medial canthoplasty, and other clinics actually recommended lateral canthoplasty. Here, they said lateral canthoplasty could be okay too, but medial canthoplasty should definitely come first. When I said I was worried my eyes might look too close together, the doctor said that although 1:1:1 is generally considered ideal, they believe 1:1.1:1 suits East Asian faces best and would adjust it during surgery. My eyelid skin is thick and I am in my mid-20s, so most clinics recommended incisional surgery. The doctor also thought incision might be better but recommended partial incision rather than doing a full incision unnecessarily. Separately from being conservative about the surgical method, the doctor seemed inclined to make the double-eyelid crease dramatic. They initially designed an outer crease and said an in-out crease was also possible if that felt burdensome.
