Is this exactly the lip shape I wanted?? T_T Sharing my corner-of-the-mouth surgery review!

I had rarely thought my lips were pretty T_T My lips themselves were not extremely thin, but because the corners turned downward, I always looked like I was frowning when viewed from the front. What I disliked most was when my face was relaxed: I looked fine when smiling, but as soon as my expression disappeared, the corners drooped, so I often found myself unconsciously tensing my mouth in photos T_T T_T I did not initially plan to have surgery, and of course I looked into fillers and other procedures too T_T But my concern was the drooping shape of the corners themselves rather than lip volume, so I eventually started researching surgery. The best thing after corner-of-the-mouth surgery is that I used to delete many photos because my mouth looked completely droopy when I was expressionless, but that has decreased a lot lately lol. Photos where I have a slight, natural smile also turn out well, so I worry less about my expression when taking pictures! lol And what I like most is that the corners do not look excessively lifted?? I was worried it might look too obvious, but they look so natural that I seem like someone whose mouth corners have always looked this way, which is a relief lol. Since they were not lifted excessively, the surgical look is barely noticeable, so I am very satisfied lol
