My first surgery was in 2021, and I had incisional ptosis correction and a lateral canthoplasty, but I got a lot of double eyelid folds ㅜㅜ seriously, it looked super messy And my entropion also recurred, so functionally it was really uncomfortable too ㅠㅠ
For this revision surgery, I asked them to keep the double eyelid line as it was and remove the extra double eyelid folds so they wouldn’t show They said entropion was covered by insurance, so I had the surgery together while processing it through insurance At the hospital where I had surgery this time, the director personally handled all the treatment, including the stitches, and in many ways it really contrasted with the hospital where I had my first surgery.ㅜㅜ For my first surgery, I just looked into it roughly and had it done, and I regretted it.. Since it was incisional, the swelling hasn’t completely gone down yet, but the extra folds are gone and the line is settling well, so I’m satisfied But now that the double eyelid issue that bothered me is gone, the old eyeliner tattoo I had done looks messy and bothers me, so I regret not removing it before surgery and then having the revisionㅠㅠ Since I’m still in the recovery period, I’m worried removing it now might affect things...ㅠㅠ
Anyway, everyone, even if it’s eye surgery, don’t just get surgery anywhere. Make sure to research carefully before doing it
