Liposuction Reviews

One-month review of arm liposuction at Apgujeong [Clinic A]!!!

It has been about one month since I had arm liposuction!!!!! (Finally,,) Compared with other areas, fat tends to accumulate easily on my upper arms, so I was always self-conscious about my arm line whenever I wore short sleeves or tight clothes... I am slim, but my upper arms had an insane amount of fat.... Even with exercise and diet, the fat on my upper arms did not seem to come off as well as I expected, so after deliberating, I finally had liposuction at Apgujeong [Clinic A]! Before surgery I was worried about pain, but honestly I was most worried about how the result would turn out (what if too much was removed and it looked unnatural or lumpy? T_T). During the consultation I explained the line I wanted and listened to the explanations, so I felt they would remove it well on their own!! (Bra bulge + shoulders + arms!!) Immediately after surgery, there was quite a lot of swelling and bruising, making the compression garment hard to put on. At first my arms were swollen all over, so even though I had clearly had liposuction, they looked very slim, but once I took off the garment they looked thick.. That kind of feeling haha. As time passed and the swelling gradually went down, I could clearly see that my line was different from before, so I excitedly imagined wearing sleeveless tops lol. Now it has been about a month, and I am satisfied because my upper arms look much more refined than before when I press them against my body or take photos!! There are still areas that feel hard to the touch, and the bruising and swelling have not completely disappeared, so I am continuing aftercare and watching the progress. (Anyway, I am extremely satisfied!! The bruising is not going away much, so it has been hard T_T... It does seem to be fading little by little...) Even in the same clothes, my arm line looks more defined now, making me look much slimmer overall. I also like that when taking photos I do not worry about my arms first like I used to haha. I look delicate. It has only been a month, so recovery is not completely over, but so far I really, really think I made the right decision ... At first I worried a lot because of the swelling and bruising, but seeing things change little by little each day makes waiting feel enjoyable too. I will write again once the swelling and hard areas soften more and the line fully settles ... 🥹🩷
