One-year review of breast augmentation

Hello. While preparing for breast augmentation, I gathered a lot of information, so I’m posting this review in hopes it may help those considering breast surgery. I had the surgery last August at Sway Plastic Surgery, so it has now been a little over a year. (Motiva Demi, 380 on the right and 360 on the left, inframammary incision.) I went from an AAA cup to somewhere between a C and D. Before surgery, my biggest concern was whether breast surgery would make me look too bulky. Even the size recommended during my consultation made me wonder, “Isn’t this too big? Will my breasts become too large?” But surprisingly, a year later, I don’t feel that way at all lol. In fact, I slightly regret not choosing one size larger than the recommended size, because I lost some breast fat after dieting following surgery.. haha. I worried that larger breasts alone would make me look bulky, but after surgery they really don’t look as bulky as I expected. Instead, I feel that my overall body proportions are more balanced, and this is what I’m most satisfied with. The shape has settled naturally, and I like my overall silhouette in clothes. The way clothes fit is genuinely different! The pain immediately after surgery was not as severe as I expected, and I had no major difficulties during recovery. Now I can exercise freely, whether upper-body or lower-body workouts, which I also love! Honestly, the texture isn’t extremely soft and natural like real breasts. Still, it has become much more natural over the past year, and personally I’m satisfied enough. Even now, one year later, my scars have not completely turned white yet. I heard they will fade and lighten further with time, so I’ll wait a little longer. They have definitely improved a lot compared with the beginning. Overall, I’ve been living happily and feeling satisfied throughout this year, and I’ll keep waiting for the scars to fade little by little :)
