Hi everyone! It has been three months since my three-part facial-contouring surgery. Time flies! I had surgery with Dr. [Doctor A]. In my twenties, I wanted to become prettier as soon as possible, so I made a big decision. To give you the conclusion first, I am extremely satisfied! As you can see in my before photos, what stressed me most was that my facial line looked masculine and rough overall. My cheekbones spread widely to the sides, making my face look broad and my impression look strong, which I hated. The angles of my square jaw were prominent, and my chin was blunt with an untidy downward line, so my face looked bumpy overall. Every time I took photos, I was busy erasing my cheekbones and shaving down my jaw with editing apps, and I could not even dream of tying my hair up. Because the stress over my facial shape was so severe, I booked a consultation with Dr. [Doctor A], who is known for facial contouring. It was great that the doctor compared my CT with my proportions and explained how much could be reduced in my cheekbones, square jaw, and chin. I could roughly imagine how slender my face would become~! From immediately after surgery through the one-month mark, I looked in the mirror every day waiting for the residual swelling to go down, wondering what my line would look like once all the swelling disappeared. I diligently wore my compression band and went on walks, and from month two the major swelling disappeared completely and the line gradually emerged! As you can see in my current photos, the residual swelling has also settled a lot, and I now have a slim, smooth oval line flowing from my square jaw to my chin! The cheekbones that had protruded sideways have receded, making my face much narrower overall, and my chin has been smoothed out, making my whole impression much softer and gentler. Now even photos taken with the basic camera app show a pretty line, which is amazing... I was really worried because it was bone surgery, but the doctor shaped the line naturally and neatly, so I am extremely satisfied. If anyone here is deliberating about three-part facial contouring, ask me anything in the comments!
