I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 6 years ago through an acquaintance’s recommendation. I wanted a dramatic out-line, so I went around to several places, but only Top Class said the line I wanted was possible. As a result, now one side is almost an in-line, and the other side has come undone and become a layered double eyelid. I guess with buried sutures, you have to take into account that they can come undone over time. It seems okay for people who like a dramatic style. I’m currently looking into revision surgery.
