In 2022, I already had nasal tip cartilage tying done at ㄷㅌㅁ and liked it, so I went back in 2023 to also have my hump nose trimmed. But they said osteotomy was needed and that I absolutely had to remove the Mediderm, and they suggested a surgical method that was a bit different from my ideal, so I postponed the surgery for now. The direct consultation with the director lasted about 5 minutes, and I think the consultation manager dragged things out for 30+ minutes while pressuring me about the surgery schedule and deposit.
