One-month review of hip dip fat grafting

It’s already week five. At first, the swelling made my hips look huge, but after a month the swelling and bruising have mostly settled, and the line feels more natural too. I had fat removed from my abdomen and grafted into the sides of my hips. The volume has decreased somewhat from the beginning, but I’m still fairly satisfied because the waist-to-hip line connects more smoothly than before. Since it was fat grafting, I was most curious about fat survival, but I was told that five weeks is still too early to judge the final result, so I’m watching it longer. Compared with the early stage, the swelling has gone down a lot and there is almost no bruising left. I had it done at the Yeongdeungpo branch, and I heard that only male doctors can perform hip dip fat grafting there. It was originally known for unlimited LAMS in Yeongdeungpo, so they seemed quite thorough when consulting about body lines. Personally, I think the line looks best after one month rather than immediately after surgery. I’ll post another review if there are changes at two or three months.
